Jessica Bailey
This book was purchased for a book study as part of a treatment programme for males in rehab for addiction issues. Majority of them have been through the prison system. Their feedback was how powerful and raw this was and resonated with them in an emotional but powerful way. 2nd book study is booked in. Definite must if you work in this sector.

I was hooked from the beginning on Gethin’s story and transformation. It was really interesting to understand repetitive behaviours and how you can translate that to your own behaviours you want to change. A great read that doesn’t just tell you you need to change your mindset but actually also how to change it.
